Campus Steward

We are looking for a Campus Steward to join our team that will perform routine manual work in maintaining the cleanliness of the Office Areas. If you are energetic, have a passion for cleaning and detail orientated, we want to hear from you. Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Day Customer Service

Provide professional and courteous response to the questions of customers, enter orders into the computer, effectively communicate with other departments, and other general office duties.  Preferred applicants will have previous customer service experience, proven ability to work within various software programs, including Microsoft Office skills, and Excel, along with the ability and willingness to do a variety of tasks throughout the workday. Hourly rate of $17.00 per hour.

Payroll and Finance Administrator

We are looking for a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team to successfully create and maintain detailed and accurate payroll records, process bi-weekly payroll, generate payroll, benefits, and financial reports.  Prepare and submit required IRS reports. Accurately input financial data.  Preferred applicants will have the Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and positively with peers, management, corporate partners, customers, and vendors. Yearly salary of $55,000.
